Abstract
As is known in a project must have complex problems such as delays. Therefore in a construction project it is necessary to have control (project management). One method of controlling costs and time as well as presenting activity achievements is the Earned Value method. The Earned Value method is a method used to analyze implementation performance and make forecasts for completion of projects that provide information on project performance in a reporting period. This study aims to determine the estimated difference between costs and the estimated difference in the schedule for completion of project work. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis carried out by describing with the intention of finding elements, analysis and even comparison. The object of this research is the Boepinang – Bambaea Road Preservation Project in Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research results show that in the 46th week the BCWS value is Rp. 77,756,229,619.32, BCWP of Rp. 57,253,721,235.07, and ACWP of Rp. 54,018,446,122.17. The value of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) = 1.06 > 1 indicates that the actual cost incurred is less than the value of the work done or the project is profitable. Time Performance Index (SPI) value of 0.74 < 1 indicates the project is slower than the planned schedule. The final project completion cost (EAC) is Rp. 130,071,487,094.59 smaller than the planned budget. The budget difference value (VAC) between plan and implementation is Rp. 3,235,275,130.90.
